At Just to Say... Baskets, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Please review our return and exchange guidelines below:
Food Items: Due to health and safety regulations, food products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Non-Perishable Items: May be returned within 10 days of the order date at our head office. All exchanges are subject to a 40% restocking fee. Once received, we will issue a refund minus a 40% restocking fee (60% of the purchase price will be refunded). Refunds may only be issued to the original purchaser. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Order Processing & Cancellations
To ensure fast delivery, gifts are prepared immediately after an order is placed. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled within 48 hours of the shipping date.
Shipping Issues
If a gift is returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information, we will contact the sender for updated details. The sender will be responsible for any additional shipping charges as outlined in our shipping policy.
