Shipping Policy

Local Delivery

Basket orders placed by 1:00 p.m. will be delivered next business day, unless otherwise requested ie. future date is arranged. Basket orders placed after 1:00 p.m. are guaranteed to be delivered within 2 business days.

Residential Delivery

Deliveries will be made Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Delivery fees will be quoted upon ordering. We will do our best to accommodate special delivery requests and rush deliveries. Residential deliveries made when no one is home will be left with a neighbour, if possible, and a door tag will be left with notification of delivery and location.

Commercial Delivery

Commercial deliveries will be made Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Delivery fees will be quoted upon ordering.

Re-delivery attempts or re-routed deliveries to corrected addresses

When no one is available to receive packages, a second delivery attempt will be made. You will be charged accordingly.

Nationwide Shipping

Nationwide shipping is available throughout Canada. Our orders are shipped regular ground service unless otherwise requested. We do not ship chocolate April to September.
