Shipping Policy
Free Delivery to Ontario. Reduced Delivery Charges to other areas of Canada. ONE delivery attempt is included in the cost of the basket. Should the basket need to be redirected or a second delivery attempt required the customer will be notified and charged appropriately.

Local Delivery
Basket orders placed by 1:00 p.m. will be delivered next business day, unless otherwise requested ie. future date is arranged. Basket orders placed after 1:00 p.m. will delivered within 2 business days.

Your professionally designed gift basket will arrive by hand (not in a box) wrapped in cello and finished with a beautiful bow to the following locations:

Residential Delivery
Local deliveries will be made Monday through Saturday between 1:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Local delivery charges are include in the price of the gift. We will do our best to accommodate special delivery requests and rush deliveries. Residential deliveries made when no one is home will be left with a neighbour, if possible, and a door tag will be left with notification of delivery and location. If a second delivery attempt is necessary there will be an additional charge as per the above table.
Commercial Delivery
Commercial deliveries will be made Monday through Friday between 1:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Times may be different in Holiday Seasons
Re-delivery attempts or re-routed deliveries to corrected addresses
When no one is available to receive packages, a second delivery attempt will be made. You will be charged accordingly.
Nationwide Shipping
Nationwide shipping is available throughout Canada. Our orders are shipped regular ground service unless otherwise requested. We do not ship chocolate April to September.
Guaranteed Delivery Dates
We can not guarantee delivery dates, however we will use best efforts to deliver when requested.
