Corporate Accounts
A company account may be established after completing a credit application. We do request a credit card for the first order, however, and will keep the number on file. Invoices go out within three days of the order being placed. If payment is not received within 15 business days of the date of the invoice, the amount of the bill will be placed on the credit card. Any invoice past due by 60 days or more will incur a $25.00 late fee.
Personal Orders
Personal orders require payment by credit card or cash. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Credit card orders are shipped immediately after your order is processed. Order processing normally takes 24 to 36 hours.
Substitutions
Our number one priority at Just to say...Baskets is to design beautiful, quality gift baskets. Due to availability of certain products we are not always able to create the identical product as seen on our website. For this reason we reserve the right to substitute any item for one of equal or greater value, but the quality of our gift baskets will always remain.
Return Policy
Our customers satifactaction is extremely important to us at Just to say ... Baskets.
If a gift is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information we will contact the sender immediately and notify them of the issue and get the correct shipping information. The sender will be subject to an additional shipping charge as outlined in our shipping policy.
If a parcel appears to be opened or damaged notify us within 2 business days and we will arrange for the product to be returned and will replace with a new basket.
If for any reason you wish to return a basket it must be returned within 2 business days, in the original packaging. Once the goods are received by us we will issue a refund. All returns are subject to a 40% fee, therefore you will only receive a 60% refund of the original purchase price.
